By accessing and using YidJob, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

YidJob provides an online resume building platform that allows users to create, edit, and download professional resumes. We offer various templates and AI-assisted features to help you create compelling resumes.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

Resume creation requires a one-time payment of $10. Editing access is valid for 7 days from the date of payment. After 7 days, re-enabling editing requires an additional $5 payment for another 7 days of access. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided in cases of technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our service.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using our service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any part of our service without permission

8. Intellectual Property

The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by YidJob and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

YidJob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
